In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the plumbing right away and it just led to catastrophe. After they hung, ended up and painted all of the sheet rock in the home, they switched on the water just to find that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my specialist check out the pipes first, consisting of the sewage system lines.

While the plumbing professional is working, I'll have an A/C team setting up a new heating unit which includes a brand-new gas furnace and main air conditioning. I have not always replaced practical HVAC systems and even today, if the present system is relatively new, I will prevent it. Mainly, though, I constantly install completely new systems.
