In the past, I had professionals who didn't do the pipes right away and it only led to disaster. After they hung, completed and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water just to discover that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my professional check out the pipes first, consisting of the sewage system lines. While the plumbing professional is working, I'll have a HVAC team installing a new heating system which consists of a brand-new gas furnace and central air. I have not always changed practical A/C systems and even today, if the present system is fairly new, I will avoid it. Primarily, however, I constantly install entirely brand-new systems. |
