In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the pipes right away and it just caused catastrophe. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the home, they turned on the water only to discover that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my specialist check out the plumbing first, including the sewer lines.

While the plumbing is working, I'll have an A/C crew setting up a new heating system which consists of a brand-new gas heating system and central air. I have not constantly changed practical HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the present system is relatively new, I will prevent it. Primarily, however, I always install totally brand-new systems.
