Among the few human tests evaluating CBD's anxiolytic impacts was one published in the Brazilian Journal of Psychiatry in 2019. Component of this response could be explained incidentally that CBD acts in the mind. In many cases, CBD works as an agonist, meaning that it sets off an opposite response when binding to a receptor. It is feasible that low doses can generate a positive agonist response, while high dosages overwhelm the mind as well as cause a compensatory effect to combat CBD's impacts. According to the private investigators, CBD showed powerful anxiolytic (anxiety-relieving) impacts in animal study, albeit with counterintuitive results. |
