A percepção do conhecimento como um bem econômico e sua importância estratégica no cenário atual, tem provocado discussões sobre sua gestão e sua contribuição para os indicadores de eficácia organizacional. Nesta pesquisa tem-se como objetivo investigar a relação da cultura organizacional (CO) e sucesso ciclo da gestão do conhecimento (GC) e sua contribuição para os indicadores de inovação, crescimento e vantagem competitiva. Como estratégia e princípios metodológicos selecionou-se método de estudo de caso singular. Foi conduzida uma pesquisa em uma grande empresa nacional do segmento de engenharia e infraestrutura. Os principais resultados apontaram para a influência positiva da CO no sucesso do ciclo de GC e contribuição para inovação, vantagem competitiva e crescimento. Além disso a proposição de um modelo de incorporação da GC a estratégia de negócio.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the influence of trace constituents of Brazilian and Portuguese cultures on the establishment of relationships of trust. For this purpose the head office of a Portuguese multinational company and its subsidiary in Brazil were investigated, by means of research of a qualitative nature, utilizing the case study method. Regarding data collection, twelve interviews were carried out with managers drawn from both countries, based on an interview script developed from a wide-ranging review of the literature on the theme, especially that written from the anthropological perspective, as proposed by Schein (1986). The reports of the interviews gave evidence of the relevance of a more effective management of cultural artefacts, in particular greater attention to the sharing of values, in order to foster the building of stronger bonds of trust and to stimulate cultural contexts more in tune with contemporary organizational discourse.

Above all, from the perspective of production - both of objects and symbolic values (Bourdieu & Delsaut, 1979; Mensitieri, 2018; Verschuere, 2012), anthropological studies engendered themes and concepts that allow us to question the positioning of fashion itself regarding the fields of art, mass culture, handicrafts and the industry.
