Resumo

Resumo: Este trabalho busca estudar as relações entre a Antropologia e o Direito e as contribuições que a metodologia antropológica pode proporcionar ao estudo empírico do Direito. Procura demonstrar que a formação jurídica tradicional ocorre de forma eminentemente teórica, afastando seus aplicadores da prática. Neste sentido, o uso da das pesquisas empíricas antropológicas para as ciências jurídicas seria uma forma de reaproximar o Direito do homem.

Abstract:This work studies the relationship between anthropology and law and the contributions that the anthropological methodology can provide for the empirical study of law. Argues that the traditional legal education is eminently theoretical, pushing away the applicators of the law from the legal practice. In this sense, the use of the anthropological empirical research for legal sciences would be a way of reconnecting the law with the man.
